HelloLMS is a Learning Management System (LMS) produced by IMAXSOFT Co., Ltd. Since its launch in 2011, HelloLMS has been continuously upgraded to enhance its usefulness in educational settings.

Regular updates are conducted to address any identified errors, ensuring smooth operation. Users are encouraged to perform frequent updates for optimum performance.

If the 'Update' button is not visible when opening the app's page on the Play Store, users can navigate to 'Play Store → Top-left side menu button → My apps & games → Updates' to proceed with the update.

* How to use:

• Upon selecting a school, users are directed to the school's LMS login screen.
• The Home tab presents the mobile LMS interface.
• The Attendance tab provides easy access to the attendance screen within the LMS. Depending on the school, if a separate attendance app is utilized, the Attendance menu may not be available.
• The Notification tab automatically delivers system-relevant information that users need to know. Tapping on a notification takes users directly to the corresponding detailed screen.

* App Permissions Guide (~ Android 12):

• Storage: For file downloads and photo uploads.
• Camera: For photo uploads.
• Please note that allowing access to these features is necessary for their respective functions. However, non-approval does not impede other services.

* Troubleshooting Video Playback Interruption:

The issue of videos briefly playing and then stopping with only audio being heard is attributed to a problem in the initial Android Webview engine installed on Samsung devices. This issue is not limited to this app but is also observed on websites offering video content (e.g., YouTube) using browsers like Chrome and Firefox. Resolving this commonly involves:

1. Delete Android Webview from 'My apps' in Google Play Store and attempt playback again.
2. If step 1 fails to resolve, reinstall Android Webview (in cases where an outdated version is installed).
3. If issues persist after steps 1 and 2, consider updating the device's operating system software.
